Angriness meditation.
Before starting a meditation I recommend to ground properly. Then do the “Heart” meditation and feel the heart chakra energy flowing through your whole body.
When you are in a relaxed position think about something that makes you angry; a person or a situation or just what comes in your mind. Feel the angriness growing. Mostly its located in your stomach. Allow it. It is OK.
Now open your shoulders. If you can, you supposrt this by putting your hands in front of your chest. Ask your heart to send the angriness energy upwards to your chest and shoulders. You can do this. Your heart is stronger. Feel the energy flowing into your arms and your hands.
When you feel you are ready, open your neck. You can suppport this by bringing your hands in front of your throat. Now ask your heart to send the energy towards your throat. It probably feels uncomfortable. But let it go. Its OK. When you feel it is done let your heart take over the control of all your processes now and relax, and become aware of the changes in your body.
