Fear

Fear meditation.

Before starting a meditation I recommend to ground properly. Then do the “Heart” meditation and feel the heart chakra energy flowing through your whole body.

When you reached a relaxed position think about something that frightens you; a person or a situation or just what comes in your mind. Feel the fear growing. Mostly its located in your stomach. Allow it. It is OK.

Now open your hips. If you can, support this by putting your hands on your hips.

Ask your heart to send the fear-energy towards to your hips. Your heart is stronger. Let it flow through your legs. After a while the fear feels different. You transformed the paralyzing fear into a more challenging fear. You can use your legs again. You can move again. Facing the fear with a challenge
