Embrace yourself. Go with your mind to your heart chakra. Feel how your heart chakra opens. Feel the energy of pure love. Think of the color green. Now let the energy flow from to your chest and your neck. Open your neck and let the energy flow to your head.
Open your shoulders and let the energy flow to your arms and hands.
Go back to your heart and let the energy flow to your belly and hips. Open your hips and let it flow through you legs into your feet.
Now feel that your heart has grown to the size of your body. You can step into your own heart. Feel the loving green energy flowing through your whole body.
Embrace yourself again. Love yourself. You are worth it.
