Meditation back spine

Our back spine consists of 12 thoracic vertebrae that are clamped by 7 cervical vertebrae and 5 lumbar vertebrae in the lower back.

In this time that the frequency on earth has increased, many people suffer from a stiff neck or pain in the lower back. Our body has trouble adapting to the new frequencies.

Below I have written a meditation to lighten things up a bit and make some space between your vertebrae.

1.

Sit or lie down comfortably. Take a good breath in and out a few times. Close your eyes. Put your hands on your heart.

2.

Visualize your 7 vertebrae in your neck. Go down one by one – top to bottom – by counting from one to seven.

3.

Then visualize your 12 thoracic vertebrae in your back. Go down one at a time – top to bottom – by counting from one to twelve.

4.

Then visualize your 5 lumbar vertebrae in your lower back. Go down one by one – top to bottom – by counting from one to five.

5.

Stick to your tailbone and visualize your root chakra. Open it up and let the energy flow. Then go through all your seven chakras in this way.

6.

Feel after. You may have made some space between your vertebrae. Also feel your aura. If necessary, make your aura a bit more flexible by massaging it in your mind.

Don’t let fear take hold of you. Live in your heart.

Lots of love. Namaste.
