Self-worthiness

I think this is one of the greatest pillars on which our Self is based.

It goes without saying that the first chakra plays an important role here. So when you do this healing meditation, please activate the root chakra.

Prepare for meditation.

Now imagine: it is a beautiful day in spring and your inner child is playing in the garden. Let your imagination run wild and see how your inner child is having a good time.

A small child walks up to you with a very open face and says very sweetly: “hello”. And your inner child says back very kindly: “hello”. A peaceful spectacle. Then the child asks: “how are you?”. You are amazed. Someone is really interested in you. The friendly child sees the confusion on your face and asks: “What would you like most?”. You don’t have to think long about that: “attention!”. “But I am giving that to you now, right?” Says the child. “But I don’t deserve that,” your inner child says. “How much attention do you get from the people you love? Does someone ever play a game with you? Does someone read to you? Does anyone have time for you anyway?” “No”, says the inner child. “I don’t think I’m worth it.”

Activate your root chakra.

Feel the emotions and try to locate them. When you feel anger building up, open your shoulders and let the energy flow out through your arms and hands. At the same time feel the not worthiness.

Now feel that your heart has grown to the size of your body. You can step into your own heart. Feel the loving green energy flowing through your whole body.

After a while, let your heart energy expand and take your inner child into your arms. Let the love flow. Do a ho’oponopono. “I’m sorry. I wasn’t there for you either. I hope you can forgive me. I’m sorry. Good for you to bring this up.” Now you can change the feeling of worthiness. It is the fault of the inner child anymore that it didnot get any attention. Alter the energie in a positive worthiness.

Feel what happens. If necessary, repeat the meditation. The more you repeat it, the less the not worthiness feeling is dominant and gets positive like a challange.
